Angelica (Jiaan) Guan is a litigation lawyer offering legal services in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Before moving to Canada, Angelica practised commercial dispute resolution at a leading law firm in China, representing companies, shareholders, investors, and private equity funds in complex corporate, securities, and commercial disputes. She has experience in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.

Angelica articled at a litigation firm in Vancouver before being called to the British Columbia Bar in 2026. She is also admitted to the New York State Bar.

Outside of work, Angelica enjoys hiking, drawing, and spending time with her cats.
