Jessica is an articled student at Bojm, Funt & Gibbons LLP.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Jessica received both her LL.B. and P.C.LL. (Postgraduate Certificate in Laws) at the University of Hong Kong.
Jessica was admitted to practise law in Hong Kong in 2010. Jessica’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, internal investigations, and regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to moving to Vancouver in October 2022, Jessica had practised in prestigious U.S. law firms in Hong Kong for over 10 years.
Jessica also devotes her time to advise clients on pro bono basis. She had advised two domestic helpers on employment and human-trafficking issues.
Jessica is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
