Michael’s practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation areas, including construction, corporate/commercial, personal injury, municipalities, and professional negligence, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants. Michael has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, in addition to litigating matters in private Arbitration.

Michael accepts referrals to act as a Mediator or Arbitrator for civil disputes within the areas of construction, corporate/commercial, or personal injury.

Michael practices from our Victoria office.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys sailing, soccer, squash, and – before COVID and children – he enjoyed travelling.
